We have identified an issue that may have affected the audio service at the Chicago datacenter between 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM CST. Some of our users may have experienced that connecting to audio services took longer than expected and / or some recordings were missing audio. This issue is now resolved, we're sorry for the inconvenience.
