As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: October 03, 2020, 05:00 AM to 07:00 AM UTC.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2 hour maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing will experience a 120 minute period of service disruptions during the maintenance window. In flight sessions will not be affected. Customers will be unable to use the following features during the maintenance.
- Registration
- Starting a new screen sharing and VoIP audio session
- Starting a new phone audio session
- In-app functionalities like start/stop recording, mute'm & chime
- Joining an existing screen sharing session (including reconnecting)
- Accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases)
