As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: November 19, 2022, 5:00 AM UTC to 7:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: During the maintenance window customers will not be able to use the following features: registration, starting a new screen sharing and VoIP audio session, starting a new phone audio session, joining an existing screen sharing session (including reconnecting), accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases).

Existing sessions will not be affected (both voice and screen sharing), but you will not be able to access the in-app functionalities like start/stop recording, mute and chime.
